There is a sense in which all ministries are “discipleship” ministries. Because all disciples (followers of Jesus) are to be in ministry. However, here the term is used in a more restricted sense to mean ministries which specifically are intended to help us become more like Jesus. In addition, it includes those ministries for which I, as Pastor of Discipleship Ministries, have responsibility or am involved in.
